Observa is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Peck to Observa’s leadership team. Joseph has taken on the Head of Partnerships & Business Development role and is focused on building long-term relationships to grow Observa’s business.
Joseph brings over 25 years of technology, business development, and sales management experience. His background driving strategic partnerships and selling complex deals will bolster Observa’s improving capability as it focuses on rapid growth.
Most recently, Joseph led all aspects of Unify Consulting’s Business Agility Service line, which provides end-to-end consulting services spanning five practices including Strategy and Transformation, Portfolio and Project Management, Lean and Agile, Organizational Effectiveness, and ERP.
Prior to that, during his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), he led the design, sales, and delivery of a large portfolio of compliance and tax technology solutions in the US. As a driver of PwC’s Microsoft Alliance, he developed a launch partnership between the two companies with the release of Azure’s IaaS platform resulting in a solution sold to various fortune 500 clients representing the oil, pharmaceutical, CPG, and real-estate industries. These successes ultimately led to his role as the global leader responsible for transforming the way PwC uses technology to sell and deliver services to middle-market clients across 154 countries.
He brings prior experience from Allyis, Weyerhaeuser, and REI. Joseph earned his BA in Information Services and his MBA at the University of Washington.
